Selected sort determines the order

Popularity sorts by Discord member counts, highest first. Rating sorts by approved PropPlanets review average, highest first. Unrated firms come last; equal averages use review count, then firm name. Equal Discord counts use that same review order. Age sorts by founding year, oldest first. Search and filters apply before sorting.

Discord counts and freshness

Verified Discord connections refresh centrally every 12 hours. Discord returns approximate counts. Failed requests preserve the last successful count and timestamp. All twelve listed firms, including TradeDay, have verified Discord connections. The Community page shows count timestamps and stale values.

What ratings do — and do not — mean

All displayed stars and rating counts are calculated from approved PropPlanets reviews. Pending, declined and removed reviews do not count. The average is rounded to one decimal. We do not blend these ratings with Trustpilot or other external reference scores and do not use external values as a fallback. A review score is a user opinion summary, not a safety certification.

Founding years and rank badges

Age uses the recorded founding year, not an exact operating duration or a stability score. The #1, #2 and #3 badges mark positions in the currently filtered and sorted list. They are not safety certifications or guarantees of payout reliability.

One internal score throughout the website

Firm cards, favorites, comparisons and profiles use the same approved-review average and count. Six reviews are shown per page in the profile. Rating filters do not change the overall average. No submitted review can be edited; its author can remove it. Public score summaries refresh on page focus, after local review removal and every minute while the page is visible. During a loading or service failure, a loading or unavailable message replaces the score; no external score is substituted. See review guidelines.

Community votes are separate from rankings

Monthly community votes show user preferences. They do not assign a Firm of the Month badge or change the comparison sorting. Vote totals are not independent audits or safety certifications.

Official terms and affiliate links

Program terms are maintained separately, with official source links and a review date in firm details. These reviews do not certify ratings or firms. Some outbound links are affiliate links. The sorting code does not use commission amounts or affiliate status. Always confirm current provider terms before purchasing.
